Make A Wish
White dandelion, puff balls, wish makers. Whatever you call them, they’ve been delighting children forever. Whisking their wishes off with the breeze to a faraway land that will hopefully grant them. Or the neighbors yard. But still, you wished anyways. [Tweet “Make a wish and throw your cares into the wind.”] Strolling through my mom’s yard…

Confused Cory
Hello there =) I bought a school of corydoras paleatus (Pepper Cory) a while back to fill out the bottom of my tank and to keep the stray food in check. Corydoras are members of the armoured catfish family. They spend their days swimming along the bottom of the tank searching for food. Unlike this…

Rotten Rabbits…
Hello there =) Our yard has always been frequented by a bunny or two. They’d never stay long or get too comfortable because they knew the second that door opened a large, brown beast full of teeth was on their tails. Sadly, we had to let our bunny chasing friend go just before winter hit…

Sunshine On The Ground
Another beauty from my mom’s glorious gardens and pretty pottings. Gerbera daisies are her favorite and I don’t mind them either =) Simple & colorful; like a little sunshine on the ground.
Creating a Ten Word Story: 34 and Currently…
Can you encapsulate your life in a short ten word story? OK. Maybe not your whole life, but a portion of it. Perhaps a special event or the season you’re in right now? In an attempt to find more ways to use my growing collection of travelers notebooks, I stumbled upon Hope Wallace and her…

Now that is one scary looking spider! Great shot, I love all the detail, even though I wouldn’t want to see him this close up in real life!
Thanks =) My mom was sad to find out that he actually lives in her awning and it wasn’t a one time thing.
Great detail, he looks a little freaky
Thank you for linking up
Yeah, definitely creepy. Got to watch him wrap up an unsuspecting bug the other day too
Love the details on him but I wish he is not as big as he is in the photo! #mysundayphoto
He wasn’t as big as the image makes him seem. But he was large enough that he would NOT have remained in my house if I found him there.
Eeek! I don’t care for spiders unless their in my garden eating the bugs…lol. It does look pretty in the picture
I like him, but mostly because he’s at my moms and I don’t have to look at him every day ;)
