Keep Looking Up

Keep Looking Up - Monday Motivation - Sarah Celebrates

We’ve all experienced hard seasons  in our lives; some more frequent or severe than others, some may be happening now.  How we handle and react to them writes the rest of our story.  It’s OK to let them change you.  In fact, that’s something you can’t help.  Just don’t let them define or defeat you.

How do you keep the blues from grinding you into the ground?  Easy!  No really, it can be.

  1. Ask for help.  You have to want help first.  It all starts with you.
  2. Identify your support system.  Don’t have one?  Find one.  There are always people who want to help.
  3. Cry.  It’s ok to cry.  Promise.
  4. Join me for #fireworkpeople. Tuesdays at 9pm EST experience an hour of self realization, encouragement and support like you never knew existed… from strangers!   No lie.  Some of the most beautiful women I’ve socialized with online coming together to embrace and empower one another.  It’ll be sure to pick you up, at least for an hour =)

Remember to keep your head up, even when it is raining on your parade.  The prettiest rainbows are in the sky.

When you have a case of the Mondays, stop by for all the Monday Motivation you could dream of!

  3. Again this is such a lovely post and I have seen some most beautiful rainbows after storms. I am going through trials (health related) at the moment and there are so many blessings and great things coming from it as well as the difficulties so I strongly believe and know this to be true!
