Can you commit to 30 days?
It’s often been rumored that you can make something a habit by routinely doing it for 21 days,a month not including weekends. We all need cheat days, right?
I’m not a huge believer in 21 days from routine to habit bit but mostly because I have trouble getting past day 10… but I try.
That’s what the 30 Day Challenge is about. While the challenges we engage on may not carry over into everyday life afterwards when the month ends, at least we gave it a go and made a difference for 30 days.
Need something to keep you on track? Check out the 30 Day Challenge printable, complete with boxes to cross off every day. Fill in what you’re aiming to achieve, some positive statements to get you motivated, how you plan on completing the challenge and how your life will be better. The icing on the cake? You sign it. That’s commitment.
